Although not definitive proof they listen to the forums, I'm pretty stoked they added stuff I wanted for pvp. The only difference being you need Diamond+ to acquire the tokens and the actual number of them received.

Although ranked still doesn't hold water for me, I do think this was a good change to help incentivize more people towards it who like the look of the Hellhound weapons and additional particle effects.

I would have preferred if the token rewards were attainable from Gold+ so as to not make it seem too daunting to non-pvp players to reach. Then again, maybe they did put the requirement as high as Diamond because you only drop 1 tier per new season.
