Or how about a grind equal to the time a savage raider would spend practicing and completing a savage? That way its equal time spent.
It also never needed to have anything to do with a savage raid. This one is an axolotl for example, nothing like the raid. But it is like fishing where you actually catch axolotls.

Time spent and effort spent aren't really the same.



If it's easy content, toy need to take a lot longer or you disencentivize people doing the hard content.



You already said you can wait until you out gear it and out level it to do so. That's the compromise.



Ultimate is meant to be hard forever. They don't want to cheapen that (any further than run sellers already do) by allowing you to just.... Do CT a few times to get it.

People should do the hard content because they want to do the hard content. Like how people should play FFXIV because they want to play a game. You already have other incentives to do the hard content like high ilvl gear and achievements.

Also yes I did say thats a possibility, but it will take many years before thats the case and still could be too difficult for people less ability and no one to carry them through.
My suggestion is that something like an axolotl shouldnt be put behind a savage in the first place.
