Raid is decent however, dungeon was boring as expected, mobs hit for absolutely nothing as per usual, trial was meh but not too bad

Just going to say it… FFXIV content is lacking and telling the player base to play other games is just a lazy way to get out of it. Yoshi desire of people playing other games is not only going to hurt the players, but the company also will lose customers.

Example: playing Zelda while in a live letter is extremely lazy.

Some of us players want to play FFXIV and do actual content. Take a look at the new pvp weapons, that is lazy and minimal effort is in them. “They now have a glow” like seriously? Same wep but glowy? How is that enticing?

Point is Yoshi shouldn’t pawn players off to other games while having such low effort put in.

Not everyone is RP or wanting to RP, club hopping in a game isn’t content.

With that all said I hope yoshi stops killing this game. It’s basically a second life emulator now.

Not only does GW2 make a fraction of the money FF14 does, its also not a sub based MMO. Not to mention FF14 patch content isnt worth talking about either, 2 hours of MSQ (which is, 20 minutes of gameplay, the rest is picking your nose watching cutscenes)

But ultimately, "but other game bad" is a shit defense. Always has been, always will be. WoW gets more content in a x.5 patch than FF14 gets in a .x0 patch. What you have to say about that? Since you like comparing games.

It isn't a "shit defense" if you are literally putting out more than other games it means you are leading the market, so that literally makes them the highest output game if this is true. It's not enough for me, means you have problems video games in general. You also have to think about the fact that this is an mmo with countless hours of stuff to do, if every patch is bogged down in hundereds of hours we will never get to play the game and our friends will never catch up. we split our content into .0 and .5 patchs. As far a show much stuff is added stuff is for main scenario, and .5 is for all the extra which we have a lot of coming in 2 months, In fact the .6 patch will have more content than this .0 patch which is actually fairly normal for 14, because they want to give you time to do stuff. Next week is savage so raiders wont have time to do anything for the next month except raid and thats 4+ months of content on its own, so how is there nothing new? it's like you dont play this game. I highly doubt all of you have every content in this game done, their is so much backlog on here. So if youare in the top 10% of points on this game grats, same we like to do stuff. Doesn't change that there is so much in this game to do currently if you are complaining about lack of stuff in patch. It's simply because you don't actually play the whole game, there is so much to this game that isn't just, this came out now.
