The quest dialogue is something to the effect of "Just imagine what you want the fairy to look like" so there's really no reason why Moonstone or Feo couldn't be glammed to Eos.

To be fair, it's a level 30 quest that unlocks right after you get the SCH Job stone. So strictly speaking, many players WON'T have met Feo yet, and since you canonically do the Job quests in a time warp (e.g. if you do the ARR DRK Job quests even in 6.4, you're "meeting" Estinian for the "first" time), it happens at that point in time, not after the WoL has traveled to the First.
