If going by the full sets, that is pretty difficult. Some of my favorites though have been WHM, DNC, GNB, and DRG. The first two and last two look the best on females and males respectively. WAR is also pretty awesome for those who like the, "I wear what I kill" aesthetic
As individual pieces though, I have several favorites that I use as glamours pretty consistently. SCH has the best skirts in the game. I've always liked the WHM body pieces and boots. It's really tough to beat out the Lv50 NIN legwear. And I haven't stopped wearing the Lv90 SAM leg piece since I got it. It's perfect! DNC Lv90 body piece is also tough to beat out, but it doesn't have a lot of competition. There just isn't a lot of gear that fits DNC within the physical ranged role.

astrologian: astronomia set (one of my favorite outfits in the game)
sage: only has one outfit and its ok its not good but its not terrible
monk: dont really like any of them, the bhikku set is ok i guess
dragoon: drachen set
ninja: lvl 50 ninja set (hachiya is also ok)
samurai: saotome set
reaper: only has one set and its horrible
bard: brioso set
machinist: gunners set
dancer: etoile set

looking at it like this seems i like the endwalker sets the most
since iam posting all these screenshots i might as well post more so heres my preferred glam for each class (only gonna post my non AF glams)
