Can we please have at least 1 female Au Ra to accompany the WoL on their adventures?

I'm just thinking about how many interesting characters we've had join the scions only for them to get kinda flanderized and turned into milquetoast boring versions of the people I liked. I thought Graha was cool, interesting, and tragic when he was the crystal wizard, but now he's just an irritating fanboy. Estinien was mysterious and cool when he was a brooding dragoon with a hateboner for dragons, but now he's wearing button-up tops and struggling to buy things at the market. Those moments were funny, don't get me wrong, but I'm not interested in that character anymore like I used to be.

I get monkey paw vibes from this request. Like they'll give us Yugiri as a scion and then iron out all her internal conflicts and just make her an uninteresting yshtola clone or something.

It's not as if Yugiri has much of a personality other than 'honour and duty', so I can't see how they could make her worse.

Anyone remember Mide Hotgo? I'd really love her to somehow make a reappearance but I also haven't played the HW raid in years so I honestly don't remember if she's lost in time or something.

Besides from Yugiri, she's the only other Au'ra girl with a enqueue face who was only put in as a mini side story character.

But seriously, I wouldn't mind a nice new Au'ra character that actually sticks around. We already know dragon boy isn't doing that. He's gonna stay king in Radz.

Mikoto would be a sensible addition as well. Sadly I don't think Mide will ever come back and Yugiri is too tied to Hien anyway.

As you see in the list you made, there are a lot of different races that haven't gotten to be featured as part on the WoL's inner circle. I don't think female aura should be in any priority in this case, especially when Yugiri exists.

Doesn't that mean that instead of choosing aura girls they should instead give hrothgar's and roegadyn's more time to shine?

They're never going to have every race represented in the WoL's major companions all at once, and we have had a reasonable number of female Au Ra supporting characters. Yugiri, Cirina, Sadu, Mide, Mikoto, probably her twin sister turning up somewhere.

Yugiri isn't coming back because her VA was murdered. she was retired after Stormblood because of it.
