Moved my alt's house on Halicarnassus from one small to another, 0 issue, also 0 bids, got the other plot I wanted a single round.

They should make it one ticket for all open plots where the winners can pick which open plot they want. Better than only being able to bid on only one plot or add a lot more wards.

For anyone on Dynamis/Seraph, my old mansion plot at Goblet W14 P35 is on the market now, I won my bid yesterday to move to the plot I always wanted since Shiro first opened many years ago now, Mihgo Manor has moved to Shiro W14 P60.

Shiro 30 was one I considered but then I just hated that when you leave your front gate you are just staring at other people's roofs. Ended up getting myself one of the mist mansions. Less staring at others plots there and I like the beach view. I think the only plot I would like now is one of the beach front cottages but I should finish decorating what I do have before I get another. More wards will come eventually and if I never get it oh well.

Ah I see, I like seeing the roofs on the contrary and the reason why I wanted this plot since it first came out was because the sunset is very nice from there, especially from the attached onsen of the Sukiya-Zukuri walls that came out in 6.3. It's also very private when bathing after a long day of adventuring when no other houses block the view of the sea. Best of luck on getting the plot you want, I waited since 2017 to get this plot :3

Ah I see, I like seeing the roofs on the contrary and the reason why I wanted this plot since it first came out was because the sunset is very nice from there, especially from the attached onsen of the Sukiya-Zukuri walls that came out in 6.3. That view is lovely for sure! And imagine it after the graphical upgrade we have coming later ^^ I do love the onsen house, it is the best house skin to me. The privacy is great. As much as I love to see other people's houses the roofs being at my eye line out front just put me off. So the irony of shiro being my fave theme housing ward but I have no house there since so many plots just don't meet what I am after there.

I am still praying for some instanced ward, won't ever happen but at least everyone could get their dream plot without much fuss!

I'm looking forward to the graphics update and hope we get ray tracing too, it would make the sunsets here breathtaking. The new walls are the best yet and for now, I don't intend to change them since I like the attached onsen and it's perfect for Shiro's aesthetic. Maybe the beach front homes are what you are looking for in Shiro?

I think it was the last Live Letter where they said Island Sanctuary is getting a major update where you would be able to put up to 90 pieces of outdoor furniture and such. So I say that's somewhat halfway towards instanced housing you're looking for. Maybe they will add interiors in the future for those that wish to live on their Island Sanctuary.

There is a platform with a possible ramp on the island that is currently blocked by a rock, but it looks like something house sized could be there. I wonder if it's meant for another facility or something else.

I think we’ll probably get another landmark next patch… I know you have to increase your rank to place the outdoor furnishings. But I think it could be doable… what the island really needs is a real cabin, with the ability to place indoor furnishings. (And no mammets inside! lol) Like maybe the size of an apartment, but with the exterior of a cabin. Though I’d rather see a true instanced housing system added, based on the existing wards, still, in my wildest dreams, there’d be a little house sized island off to the side of the main island somewhere that you could customize for an instanced house, with the ability to have it not be tropical scenery! (I did say my wildest dreams! lol)

I imagine we’ll see more of what they’re actually planning (at least for the coming patch) when they do the Live Letter tomorrow.

I think ray tracing would be amazing but I wouldn't hold my breathe on that one! I do wonder what the next set of walls we will get are gonna be, I'd love a castle personally :3

I just love the idea of walking out your front door and being hit with that amazing view. I did get lucky with a lb 11? I forget the number, the one looking out over the lake. It's lovely. So I also look forward to gfx upgrade to see how much more that plot shines! Maybe one of us should make a thread so we can share our newly upgraded plots after 7.0.

Being able to put stuff outside in the sanctuary will be so nice! I really enjoy that content I just want more to do there, story of seasons are some of my favourite games so I hope they keep expanding on it's features to be a bit more similar to other farming sims.
