Yes, if random Johnny logs in the game and plops a shiro 60 out of the sky, while I had to work for it for 2 years, the plot wont have the same value, because literally everyone has one, I'm not sure why this even has to be said, this is like saying that apartments are valuable and yet every single person in the game has one, and that it will feel good or you will feel pride to have one, hint : you wont.
The amount of gatekeeping people like you who have houses have for people who don't is so staggering. There are people who have been trying since 2.4 to get a house (Myself included) and haven't been able to because of an artificial scarcity. Random Johnny's plot is worth EXACTLY the same as yours. He pays his sub fee the same as you and should have full access to the housing system, as should every player.

Gatekeeping a major portion of the game from others because you feel like your digital house that will be gone when the game is shut down in some twenty years is petty. At best.
