Let's start with your hypothesis that Saturday afternoon is "prime gaming time" - how do you know that? according to some feedback from SE that I've seen- which may or may not be up-to-date- the peak times are more likely to be during the evening on your server and then actually will decrease somewhat by the weekend for various reasons (such as maxing out tomes, other activities).
Secondly, you're queuing for a specific raid during an event during which other people are likely queuing for other specific raids, further decreasing the pool of applicants.
Third, from what i can see, that's a fairly new server according to https://eu.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes...356cad741e8dec so you may also have people using DC travel- again substracting from DF.
1. You are in denial if you think saturday afternoon isnt one of most populated times to play
2. See comment on page 1
3. Not only is it clearly a forum post alt that i swap to cause people harassed me ingame for daring to voice criticism, even if it wasnt, duty finder is datacenter wide, maybe inform yourself about the game you defend so hard.

Yeah, that's prime time in Europe. It's also a bank holiday weekend in the UK due to the coronation.
For what it's worth, I just hopped onto ESO and WoW to check and they're both bustling with player activity. That's what happens when the open world zones actually have things to do that remain relevant over time.
Really constructive feedback.
I'm sure the information you provided is essential to SE's own SERVER SIDE source of statistical analysis.

*sigh*
Look, the sky isn't falling. Everyone knows how difficult it is to get into a specific Alliance raid that is not current or CT. This is not new, nor has it been across every expansion of the game thus far. This does not mean it's not a problem. It indeed warrants being addressed by the dev team. They need to figure out how to incentivize the older 24-mans so players wanting/needing to do them don't spend over an hour in the queue.
I sympathize and understand your frustration, but there is no need to start yet another pity party over these things. It's getting ridiculous and you know it.

Death Is Only The Beginning....

I feel rather inclined to post this once more, in the spirit of reconciliation because at this point I feel as though certain posters are just contributing to their own misery. After enough times it should be simple enough to predict the likely contents of a thread seen before, no?
Could just ignore it.![]()

I see nobody else is pointing out that it’s Monastery, it’s one of the dungeons that several of my friends will willingly take the 30 minute drop penalty as they dislike it that much.
I don’t drop it but geeze, it’s always long and a pain to clear. I usually see at least one wipe before we clear. It the only content in the game where I actively mute game voices… looking at you Cid, you talk too much.
