Are we doing the forum join date to amount of enjoyment thing again?


Or does it only work for some and not others lol. Just checking how I should feel about the game with my join date.

As I said in my post, I was curious. If you're new to a game, especially an MMO that has already been around for 10 years, it's very easy to find enjoyment and feel like you have a mountain of content to get through. Let's not pretend that there's no correlation to be found between the two.

For people who have been around longer, kudos to you if you're still finding oodles of things to keep you entertained. Many of us are not. You do you.

yeah this is a terrible way to check
you go on their lodestone profile and look at first achievements to see when they started

unless they REALLY liked looking around uldah/mael/gridania the mapping the realm achievement is a pretty good indicator

Also a pretty bad way to check, as that's per character not per account.

Like i started in 2013, my lodestone will show 2019 as that's when i created my current main character, and my forums is what, 2022? because that's when i actually felt the need to use the forums.

After hearing recent news about the next step for relic weapons, I was thrown into a deep deep despair. How DARE these devs expect us to grind out tomes for these weapons?! Isn't clearing this short questline enough!?

It's probably too late for the 6.55 step, but I DEMAND that the 7.x relics not require this tome grind. These are CASUAL relics!!! If they are going to require a questline to unlock, they should be given for free, and I mean every step of the relic!

I must say that I am very very disappointed in SE for the decisions they've made for these relic steps. Do they want this game to be WoW with insane grinds for relics!?

Treat your casual players better SE. Treat them better.
