Mac OS Ventura 13.3 Breaks Launcher

https://www.xivmac.com/ works better than the SE client and is a workaround for this currently. Easy to setup too if you already have the game installed

I ran a malware scan on that application and Norton quarantined something that I don't recall so I would highly recommend NOT using the software.

Hi everyone, had same problem after Ventura 13.3.1
Tried many things but today I found an old video and it solved problem for me. It was about next steps:
1. Open the package (Show Package Contents)
2. Delete SharedSupport - finalfantasyxiv - bin - “wine64-preloader”

I did it and run launcher, press play and game started))))
Don't know if it is a solution for all but try that. I did backup for this file in any case.

That is not really a fair assessment of our 3rd party launcher. The XOM team take security extremely seriously and you would have known this if you have done any form of research. We have been around for more than a year and all our code including wine are open source. Please don't speak information about us.

My MAC is still on Monterey 12.6.5 (havent received the new update yet) and can't get it to open..... wanted to take my Mac with me to the trailer but even with using the XIV it didnt work.... tried doing the download and it just hung....
