ERP this ERP that.
Having unenlightened normies confuse the mod assisted ingame cybering with my dying breed play-by-post rp with naughty elements and call it all ERP... why that ticks me off like nothing else!!

This is amazing and I cannot thank you enough for sharing this. This right here is prime meme material and I am going to abuse it maliciously.
On actual topic.... this might be a troll thread but the amount of people who are actually serious with their siding with the OP on this is just... Insane. Designing everything around the worst possible outcome and enforcing them as laws and ToS all out of the fear of the possibility that something might happen is how we get 1984. Let's not get 1984, this timeline is cursed enough as it is.
The rules are there to make sure we all have a fair, fun experience. ToS abuse messes that up for everyone. So, maybe chill with the dystopian comparisons and just play by the rules like the rest of us, okay? This is amazing and I cannot thank you enough for sharing this. Why do people feel the need to go the route of essentially witch-hunting players that engage in a particular activity?
If it bothers you then just simply don't engage in that particular subset of the community. Like, if you go browsing NSFW and mature content then what do you expect?
It's both funny and cringeworthy to see how some people very quickly change their mindset on how third-party tools are treated when it's an area they don't particularly like.

Or perhaps people can stop claiming that being neutral to mods is why society is crumbling (as an earlier poster did) or claiming that there's predators and groomers hiding in every single shadow like several other posters have. The hyperbole was used because it was on par of the same level of hyperbole being used by people posting in this very thread.
How does a cosmetic mod that only affects the player with the mod (and maybe the few others who can see them) affect everyone else? This really feels like a case of people, once again, not minding their own business. Everyone is always so concerned about whatever everyone else is doing, even if it has no impact on them whatsoever.

I don't care what people do. As for myself, I do wish I could engage in conversations without mare being brought up almost everytime. It seems to have become a norm to exchange Mare's upon meeting people for the first time and I don't really want to. But if you don't then people act offended or take it personally. Some seem to believe if you don't exchange mare codes, you aren't really friends or something. I kind of miss when I could use what I wanted on my client only but now everyone wants to know what's on my screen. e.e Or for me to see what's on theirs when maybe I don't wanna. It's hard to dodge in a pilot way cause like I said, some people really REALLY want to express how they see their own characters.
