When I play WAR, Sprint is always on cooldown. I also always make sure I have at least one gap closer or two just so I can zoom even more.
Only time I ever go slow is when I do dungeons for the first time... but that's with Trust NPC's. That way I don't feel like I'm inconveniencing anyone when I want to look around and appreciate the scenery SE worked on.
Idk what ego are you talking about, im not even a Tank main, I just empathize with sprout tanks that want to go slowly because they are just learning. But yeah, you and anyone are free to run dungeons in any way you like, courtesy isnt imposed sadly. You said general rule. She is pointing out that it isn’t. Courtesy isn’t rules. Rules are the ToS. No business? You aren’t the president of the dungeons. You don’t decide things. Too much ego from you guy. if people need to pull for the tank then he should improve. Stop enabling bad gameplay and gatekeeping mobs lol
an instance of completing a video game, or level of a game, as fast as possible.

Dungeons is a chill activity. Is that hard to undestand? if you want to speedrun dungeons then you should do it with a private party. Not forcing tanks to play the way you want. But if you don't like how people tank then you can tank or play healer and tell them that they can do w2w pulls.
The vast majority of people I get grouped with via the roulettes (and I run them daily) have no idea that sprint exist despite it being a free resource for years.
Chill doesn't mean be lazy. This is an MMO, a team based game. You can't be too upset when people ask you to at least be competent at your role (seen multiple dps not doing aoe during trash packs, seen DRK's with caster int gear accessories, level 50+ people in ilvl 15 gear etc etc)Dungeons is a chill activity. When a player run takes longer than a Trust run, that's a problem. CBU3 specifically coded them to be slow and grossly inefficient. If you want to go slow, run with Trusts and don't waste other people's time.

If you want to chill in a dungeon, better get a private party. People queue into dungeons to clear them, not to sniff flowers.
No one here is trying to break records to get on any leaderboards. Stop being ridiculous. That’s a YOU thing
If if doesn't saids Extreme/Savage Dungeon is casual content...
not gona bother answering any more have a nice day.
People queue into dungeons to gain experience/tomes/etc. If you have requirements for other players to clear a dungeon in a time suitable for you, then make a PF with those constraints and run it without DF.
Again, same can be said in reverse. If you are looking for the most casual experience possible, then you make the pf. If you’re a first time tank that wants to take it slow af, use trusts or make a learning party.
Your own example suggests tomes and experience. You get higher gains with efficiency. That includes wall to wall or at minimum, double pulls. Thanks for playing
