1 person should never hold up 23 other people. This has been my position since forever. They have immunity while they watch the cutscenes anyway and at best will miss a raidwide, it's nowhere near as important as some players make it out to be. However the drama surrounding pulling during cutscenes has helped put me off alliance raids entirely.
