    Mentor roulette and people DC'ing

So, it's been a while since i became a mentor, at 775 roulettes at the moment, and so i've already encountered a bunch of situations

I have duty progression on, since it means basically less time for me to dedicate to the content itself, but lately i've been getting an increasing amount of those, wich you would say, good, but most of them(specially on tank) are almost started dungeons that didn't make it to the first boss or barely after this one due to missing one party member(mostly happens when it's a healer or tank for obvious reasons)

This is made to basically avoid the 30 min penalty, if you get kicked you won't get a dungeon penalty, things go worse they just spent 5 min not having to do a side of the content for free out of pure lazyness
And now i'm not going to be a hypocrite, i too don't wanna do some content sometimes, regardless of the reason i think it's fair to say you just don't want and leave, take the penalty and come back later, but from doing so the replacement it's instantly, dcing in purpose is just being dickish and making people wait depending on the role for the 5 min mark to kick in without being able to do a lot or in the contrary limited

So, question, should this be looked upon?
I really don't know if this is something that's been happening for quite a while and i just encountered to find it now, but i see it sucks for the lot of people i've encountered these past days

It's something I've been noticing occur much more frequently within the past few months. I was in an Eden raid wherein a healer intentionally dc'd hoping we would kick them because they "had somewhere else to be and couldn't spend the time in the instance". We just did the instance with them dc'd and they popped back online about a minute before we killed the boss.

This is being looked upon when it's being reported. If things dont go as smoothly as you want and you DC, people can report you for that. If GMs determine that someone is a repeat offender at that they can get punished for it.
