Yeah but the same can be argued about the uncooperative DD or healer who pulled additional monsters.
Both are in the wrong.
So either you talk through your problems or you act against the ToS and let the GMs solve them.
It’s a good thing not to answer your enemies. I scarcely ever do. Perhaps Emily is more like me than I am like myself. Perhaps she would rather not answer her friends, even. She keeps it all in her heart.
Well if it is DF then that is a lie because nobody ever talks from DF when the que pops XDOkay, my bad (it was 4 in the morning at the time). Let me rephrase it then: how is it just as toxic?
Let me make this as hard as possible for you: the theoretical party is communicating with each other on how the pace should be at the very beginning of the dungeon. Three have voted that they would prefer to w2w, while only one has said they'd prefer to do single pulls. As majority rules (something we've learned in school when voting on which book to read for class, etc), it is on the one player to either accept that this is what the party OVERALL wants (basically, adapt to the scenario presented), or leave. Anything else beyond that (demanding to be kicked, going afk, disconnecting) is only going to be viewed as throwing a childish temper tantrum because the one player is not getting their way.
I even gave you a theoretical scenario where I'm the only one who wants w2w and three others want single pulls. I even said I would leave and take the penalty so the party can get someone else (excusing myself from a disagreement). Somehow you completely overlooked that part and then claimed I was in breach of tos.
No, because I said 3 of 4 players voted on w2w. If we're to disregard 3 players because 1 wants to go slow, then is that not "telling a group what you want and dictate to conform bullying and harassing?"
Just about last night I had a tank with MCS (main character syndrome), who decided to log out right before first boss because our SAM got too close to a pack of mobs that aggro'd on him, so we had to kill the mobs. After we killed them, tank just stood there and willingly logged out, never coming back. We couldn't replace because of loot, so we cleared the entire dungeon, us 2 dps and healer just fine. At the very end, the SAM was confused why the tank was like this, so I told them to never, ever enable this kind of behavior, because it's not normal.
If it were a disconnect, he had the chance to come back within those 20 minutes of run, but guess what, he didn't.
That's an easy report on that tank. If they keep doing that and keep getting reported for it they are going to risk their account.Just about last night I had a tank with MCS (main character syndrome), who decided to log out right before first boss because our SAM got too close to a pack of mobs that aggro'd on him, so we had to kill the mobs. So what's so great about running through a dungeon ahead of a tank? In this game, besides the savage, is there anything to do other than collecting? The only content where people can play how they want and they want to bring it to a single standard.
You've been spitting nonsense this entire time trying to defend toxic behavior just shows you are equally, if not worse, toxic than these tanks who have main character syndrome. Either shut it or provide a proper dialogue and reason why you think tanks acting like man-children and sabotaging the entire run to satisfy their little ego and pride is acceptable. By accepting the game's Terms of Service, you agree not to grief people during gameplay and/or sabotaging runs.
I mean, sure. If a DPS or healer were going against the collective wishes of the group and being uncooperative, I'd kick them too. It's not exclusive.
But since Ravenblade was trying to push the narrative that you will get banned for "abusing the vote dismiss" for kicking an uncooperative, griefing tank, that's what I was addressing.
