    Side effects of Rampage

I say this at a risk of marauder adjustments.

Are there any drawbacks of using Rampage now? Memory might be fuzzy in transit. It seems like something we would just keep on. And once we start getting hit again while stationary, receive its benefits. No need to recast it when we move.

Berzerk: marauders are to have lower defense. Consumed with Godsbane.
Fists of X: consumes MP overtime.
    Cleric's Stance: reduced healing.
All others have a limited duration with a recast time.

Rampage constantly diminishes with time, heading back to reset. While other class buffs are fully on/off Berserk ad Rampage have no effect when turned on and only gain effect with conditions.

Berserk's cost is that it lowers your defense as you increase your attack.

Rampage is balanced by having it constantly draining back to a reset state. Essentially it's only working while you're repeatedly getting hit, but continues to diminish between each hit as well.

While you're walking around with Rampage on - whether you just put it on or you've had it on since before your last battle, the defense and attack speed buff from it is reset back to zero-effect.

you can combine it with enduring march to resist debuffs but you run in slow motion. Good for urseus type fight.

Yup, that makes Enduring March a good buff to use when you're taking a lot of hits. It keeps your Rampage at full effect for I think 20s. Long CD on it though, so for the most part you're dealing with a fluctuating Rampage. Especially if you use Steel Cyclone, which fully resets Rampage each time.

the slow movement on enduring march makes it good for the ant boss but not so good for chimera.

Yea, one wouldn't need it for Chimera anyway. Not a lot of physical attacks coming your way. For Ant it's quite effective though when you're getting swarmed by both Princess and Marshall and perhaps pick up some soldiers with an AoE. I particularly like to use it after a Steel Cyclone to build back up to full Rampage effect quicker.

Yeah, Fiosha, what the others said... Rampage is only useful while tanking, that is its drawback.

Is rampage supposed to disappear from my buff bar when it diminishes? because if it is then I think my UI is bugged, if not how often does everyone remove and re-add it?

The buff goes nowhere. It's effect drains back down to zero. When you get hit again you still accumulate bonus, but when you stop getting hit then the there is no accumulation to keep it up, thus allowing it to diminish back to zero again.
