i believe if you paruse back through stuff. they did make a couple announcements about said bug happening. its rare but it does happen.

If you say so, it's hard for me to verify since they made a great many announcements

2) I entered it on the character that owns the estate, indeed.
3) This is why I listed it as a technical issue but then the forum Mods moved this thread to general discussion ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
4) I'm sure I didn't misremember because I had entered it to shift furniture around and show my friends my home. I received no email notification in any of my inboxes. Spam, trash, social, etc on any account I own.

You'll have to forgive me for being skeptical but somehow I feel something is missing from the story here but sucks that you lost if everything you claim is true.
In-game ticket is probably only say to go, a forum GM won't be able to be much assistance or email/call them.

"on any account i own". so i have to ask this: are you absolutely sure it was the proper character and you didn't actually go into a seperate characters private house. Like i need you to really think on this because saying "on any account i own" tells me you own multiple characters/houses which means it could have been any of them you went into. if you are 100% sure you logged in on that character and entered then its possible you got hit by the bug. in which case yeah, maybe direct contact them if you can. however, keep in mind they got logs on that end and if it shows you indeed didn't enter as you said then you lost it from lack of going in plain and simple and you down one house.

My FC member pointed me towards another thread saying that if a house you're a tennant of gets auto demolished sometimes you might become collateral damage in the system. Idk how true that is but it is worth noting as a possibility.

then if you 100% sure. contact support and just keep contacting but they got their own methods into looking into this including logs. could very well be you got hit by a bug. could very well be you didn't go in with the owner of that property. like theres variables. forums won't help you much in this case.

I only went to the forums hoping to get a real GM's attention tbh. As the original post said I already went through direct communication and just got relegated to auto responses that had nothing to do with my issue.

It's not within a GMs power to roll back housing changes, they even need to escalate it for character rollbacks. It's a situation that takes months where you cannot progress. And for a house, someone else may pick it up and start using it. It's unfair to them who legitimately bought a house to have it taken out from under them.
I'm sorry this happened to you, be it something you missed or some crazy glitch that isn't affecting anyone else.
