    I understand the FC/non-FC split so FCs don't buy up literally all the housing period.

    However if an FC ward has like a month in and no one biting...they should change it into a Non-FC ward and grandfather in the FCs that are already in.

    Errr…it’s rather the opposite purpose: so that Fcs can get a house which serves multiple people.

    Why non Fc only ward? Simply change it to hybrid after a few months so future FCs can get a chance at housing.

    they do change it. they have fc only, private only then if you check some plots they have multip (fc or private). i think the major problem with housing is that no fc wants a small, so you see those open more often then not but unless the devs change it up to be purchaseable by fc/private then its going to stay fc only or private only as its in those designated areas.
