    Seems like another case of them caring more about CC balance than FL balance. Though at least they changed the shield from 25% health to a flat shield potency, that should hopefully make BH5 dragoons squishier.

    the shield is a lot bigger now than before soo its a buff.

    Yeah it's definitely a buff, I guess I was expecting the change from flat percentage to a fixed amount not to scale too well, apparently not though.

    I really don't understand the logic of buffing Dragoon, they were doing perfectly fine before the patch.

    Changing it to potency actually makes it scale with BH *now*. When it was a % of max health it didn't scale.
