Jobs Maxed out reward

Yeah, they really should give better options for maxing all jobs. If not a mount, then a barding, minion, or a body piece. Headpiece glams can't even be used by Viera/Hroth usually, so I suspect if the 90 feather thing can be, that's why it's a feather thing.

Really limiting themselves and being uninspired by keeping it to the mold. I'd rather they upset everyone by adding another mount.

Can confirm, the Migratory Plume can be used by Viera.

Of course, "can" doesn't mean I'd want to. But it's an option.

It really isn't that hard. The game gives so much XP.

Yea that would be awesome, all the expert roulettes or roulettes a person does on a 90 job would have some more incentive, bout 15k would be cool with me per roulette.

Maybe not Gil. Maybe Nuts or something else. The daily quests are horrible rewards. They have almost zero incentive after getting last rank. They give almost nothing when you have everything capped. And they cone so late in expansion it is easy to have everything levelled.

Is there a reward like the Amaro mount from SHB for getting all battle jobs to 90?

We got ugly crowns for it in every other expansion except ShB. The amaro was the anomaly, really.

I think in WoW they have it set if you do quests for no XP cause you are capped...a percentage of it is converted to gold instead. Wish FF14 did that.

In some areas of the game, it does. If you do Deep Dungeons, you get tomes instead of experience. Same with some daily roulettes - some give experience, but if you are capped give you astronomy, causality, etc.
