Miscellaneous Updates 6.4

I’m seeing a LOT of positive reactions about 6.4, more so than any other post-Endwalker patch released thus far. This seems to be a home run for Square after some lesser-received patches. Everyone seems excited about the new gear sets, fashion accessories, Island Sanctuary and Blue Mage content. I guess we have to give kudos to Yoshida and his team, he finally found a way to balance FFXIV with this.

the fashion accessories in combat will de dogshit btw
fashion accessories work like mounts so you cannot have them out in duties and mount restricted areas
for example if you try to walk into the island sanctuary cabin or workshops, your parasol disappears

fashion accessories work like minions its why your minions poofs away
even then its fine basically just Screenshot stuff anyway so people can combine attacks with wings,glasses etc etc

Island sanctuary will still be as a boring, though it begs the question as to why a small can have 20 slots for the outside but the island gets 90.

The island is a lot bigger than a small plot, even if it is just the hideaway section that can take furnishings, and it doesn't have to load other nearby plots at the same time.

I don't expect it to last much longer wouldn't surprise me if 8.0 kills off ps4

Might I suggest picking up and maining a healer if you think 1-1-1-1 is good design and fun? There's 4 jobs that all have that exact same gameplay!

I wonder if they meant the whole Hideaway or just that small space that they shown us in the LL. I hope we can deco the Beach Part too.

eventually they will drop ps4 support but for now they won't because of the amount of paying subscribers on it

If PS4 were being dropped in 7.0, we'd probably know about it by now, to give people time to go get a PS5. After all, supplies have finally picked up, but it's still $500.
