No, no, it is bad idea, really. After series pvp we have a lot of idiots who farm points in CC. Before that we need parties register in CC matchmaking.
Because why i need to play with random imbeciles who didnt even know role of his class in current meta and come for free points in less than 5 mins? After u suggestion their numbers will grow to really gigantic sizes.

The reason they aren't letting people party is that there are combinations of jobs that will absolutely rip other groups depending on the map and it would basically kill any interest in PvP if they allowed for it. No joke, the stadium map is just a fishing game with whoever can burst the other down first while disrupting the other teams dps. That gives a lot of favoritism towards monk for example, along with stuns or snares.

The only map that I ever do well on consistently is the one map where knockbacks are basically useless, and that is the castle map where the focus gets pushed on keeping together. That is the only map where I feel like the wins and losses are good wins and losses, not just cheap shots because someone won the lotto. Also it absolutely is not the fault of the person going and attempting to do damage and getting shot dead, because your team mates are a bunch of idiots standing in the back and letting the other team get a free focus fire on you. (Raise of hands in the forum for all the times that happens even when you tell your team to group up as well as push the damn crystal)

GNB (Dps Junction) + WHM

GNB: Rough Divide (2000) -> Double Down (14400) + Blasting Zone (12000)
WHM: Seraph Strike (8000) -> Afflatus: Misery (12000), mix in Miracle of Nature, can heal with Cure III after

This combo alone would be mayhem as f***. They both do this on a 20s cycle, Seraph Strike grants the DPS Gunbreaker mitigation he otherwise lacks (-10% from Protect) and with this combo they do a combined 1-second burst of over 48000(!!) damage, instantly murdering BLM + SGE, putting half the jobs a sneeze away from dying and putting a serious dent on the tankier jobs.

On top of them both sporting 60s-recharge Limit Breaks, both doing high AOE damage + AOE stun, with GNB shredding attack + defense + giving selfmitigation and WHM enhancing his own damage + boosting heals with Temperance.

I'm not gonna sugarcoat it - as much as I'd LOVE being able to queue with a partner (mixed queue), the potential is borderline absurd. This is only ONE combo you could do, there are way more.

Well, this is full meaning of words "balance in pvp" as it supposed to be in NORMAL PvP-games with focus on such content. Basically all their current changes are useless because they are based on random matchmaking with peoples with different goals. Yes, in first season or two after team mm will be unbalanced teams. But it will be their workplace for balance and players` for experimenting. And they can simply make it in different rating and winners table than solo. Right now ur CC rank show only ur luck, not ur skill or strategy
