    The thing is, if the time limit wouldn't be there, a lot of people wouldn't do PvP. Maybe they would do it someday when they have no other things left. That could be in a few years or maybe even never. I myself would think the same way. And in all that time they would play the game without having these rewards. But as soon as something is just obtainable for a limited time, players feel the need to have it even if they otherwise wouldn't even bother to obtain them.

    If PVP is only played because they threaten players with FOMO into playing it, then the problem is with the PVP system itself.
