It's 100 a day and you can do it incredibly easily if you're working on multiple relics at a light step. Especially if any involve Aurum Vale. You can run that place in 2 minutes (2:03 was my best time on ninja) and you need 40 runs if it's not on bonus.

I had it happen recently on a night I was supposed to join some friends on a regular Saturday meet up where I had been running relics during the day and had to join them on an alt. It's a rolling amount so it took about 5 hours before I could do any instances on my main again so at least you're not locked out an entire 24 hours.

They probably should bump the total a bit.
