This, you have evidence of it. I submitted some uh... interesting graphical issues on the reaper weapon out pose. It was accepted, but it hasn't quite made it to fixed status yet, but that's probably a little more... involved to fix than "whoops we swapped their faces" or something.

I do! Not on faces but on windows
I submitted a long, extensive bug report on the stained glass windows- there was a new one added that did not illuminate the same light at night.
It was eventually fixed

well, I know the reverse shelf probably is not intended to be how people hold the scythe lmao. It was like that on all characters I tested to varying degrees, males not as bad but still a little... eeeeeh. That's probably skeleton work though, so it'll be fixed.... someday haha. But a faceswap would be easy, probably.

I do not think, that they will fix such bugs. There are some other bugs like wrong lip colors with certain face types and this is still not fixed for. Maybe with 7.x they will fix it.
