I don't really have any interest in Lalafell, to be honest. Tried gnome/dwarf once in WoW many many moons ago and I didn't enjoy being that small.

If this is how you choose to view it, that's your prerogative.

Fantasias (while 'only' $10 apiece) can become expensive if just kinda downed on a whim. Sometimes folks just get a really strong urge to fanta to something else and end up dissatisfied, thus potentially changing right back and that's $20 wasted. In my case I like to make sure it's what I want to do before doing it, and sometimes I like getting fresh eyes on the problem for perspective.

This is why part of the question for the thread is if people just recommend staying a bun I'll go that route. I.E. 'your original character's great, and the miqo's don't necessarily surpass the quality/appeal of what you already have'. Feedback on the character designs helps me work through the issue.
