seriously, I'm a little fearful of who we get next if Yoshi P ends up getting promoted. He stays within company lines but he still has the presence to speak how he feels.

The only real direction he can go would be head of the FF franchise but then he can still remain in a producer position for all mainline projects he just gets people to direct and project manage. Thats what he has done with FF16 he just deals with contracts, marketing etc and not really hands on dev wise with it (which I wish people understood producers don't really do hands on dev of the project they are a producer of)
He is also on the board of directors which is pretty damn high in all honesty, I don't see anything happening with him leaving or a promotion etc unless 14 continues to keep them in profits and 16 does incredibly well then maybe something may happen but not anytime soon.
