Does someone's opinion of FF14 matter if they don't have Pteranodon?

How can you criticize FF14 if you don't have the Pteranodon mount? Do you have all five Legends? Do you have Necromancer, Lone Hero, and Once and Future King/Queen? Do you have The Alpha Wolf? Can you seriously say there's no content in FF14 if you don't have High Roller?

I dont think it should matter a person opinion matters regardless of what they have or don't have I think its really dumb how people dismiss others opinions for not having something done. Maybe they don't have it done for their opinion ever think of that? Maybe they have that opinion due to something else that domino effects over to them feeling like its pointless to even bother trying

Yes, it does, all these achievements distinguish that someone has dedicated themselves to a particular facet of the game - This particular facet they may have more insight regarding.

That being said, I do think to a degree that if you only have 40-50 mounts, 6300 achievement points, and 130 minions, give or take on all of these, then you probably haven't experienced the game in a diverse enough manner to be crying about not having things to do.

I think it's built on the premise of "Why are you criticizing things in the game, or the direction of the said game if you still have xyz to do."

To put it this way...
Why are you talking about this if you haven't even done Heaven on High?
Why are you talking about relics if you haven't even gotten at least 1 from the base game and each subsequent expansion?
Why are you talking about 'content' if you haven't even tried other areas of content, e.g., Ocean Fishing, Sightseeing, Fishing (In general), Deep Dungeon solos?

It's not entirely rational to expect players to have done every achievement listed as per their OP. But it is, however, a rational question to posit, insofar as that, can you talk about the game, or certain areas if you have made little/no attempt to branch out? Most especially when some posters make a habit of questioning whether people have even been playing the game if they still actually have things to do after playing for a longstanding period of time.
