    The whole point of playing an MMO is playing with other people. There's no point if I'm the only one who sees it. You're literally living in your own world, as if you've stumbled out of your basement flat with unkempt hair after going three weeks without showering, but you've convinced yourself you're a glamour model because that's what you see.

    You're doing it for the gpose shots that only you can see, so you can post them to social media. So yes, it IS literally playing a different game, because it's not playing FF14.
    You're aware there is a thing now that lets other people see your mods right? Got like 15-20k people active on it most of the time and rising. I have friends that don't even use mods/plugins for their character in general but have that installed for the sake of seeing their other friends. The argument of it just being for yourself is slowly becoming innacurate.
