What do you mean? Literally I've done it with same method as what you listed, farmed the Gripgel by myself with Rarefied Draught, do spearfishing at Upper La Noscea, gathered them unspoiled node mats, and crafted the gear. All done in a week (or 2 cuz farming tomestones).
