Yeah... it's just more, so i wanted to try for my sake of RP, and actually open a RP cafe, and as it also fits with my Character's RP story and backstory for her to live there.

Aww not at all… with the lotto, someone will win it, and hopefully it will be you. I always bid on my dream plot when it’s up, and bid on other smalls when it’s not. Still haven’t won a lotto yet, but you can’t win if you don’t try. That’s the only good thing about the lotto, everyone has an equal shot. Just sucks that it’s still RNG and the supply is low.

I’m sure there are some plots that are universally desirable, and the plots are are graded with different price points, but it’s really subjective. Some of my favorite plots in Lav are only considered a 3 or 4 by the game’s ranking system. Like Stormpeaks said, waiting til the last day can increase your odds by seeing which ones have the least bids.

I was first on my plot this time around… honestly there were so many mediums and larges after auto-demo I thought I might be able to get away with being the only bidder on my small. But no, up to 5 bids on day 2. lol

Mediums are always going to have far more competition, making them harder to get.

My suggestion would have been to go for a Shiro small first. Getting a house at all should be first priority when you know there's going to be competition and smalls won't have as much. Once you have the house, you'll have future opportunities to upgrade to a medium.

Even a small can host a small cafe for RP. I've come across several small cafes that are well done.

I think that is what i will do if i do not get the med, tbf. I think a small in Shiro should help a long way. I've aimed too high too fast.

There's 12 larges available on my server this rotation. Day 1 saw 10+ entries on all but 1 of them... 4 of the plots are the single worst larges in the game and still had 10+ entries. Housing is completely borked at every size.

Me too! I've been trying for a small personal on Phoenix for a few cycles now. The one loss that really gutted me (not really) was a S19 in the same ward as the FC I am in's house on S16. It just wasn't meant to be so now I'm focusing on getting as much MGP as possible and Triple Triad instead.

The game is broken and this is a travesty. No player should be denied the ONLY endgame social content there is because of artificial scarcity.
