Dynamis has less larges but also less bidders. Most larges on Maduin have less than 10 bids (2 bids being the lowest unless paissa house is terribly outdated). Siren on the other hand has many more bids per house, all double digits. I think anyone who wanted a guaranteed large in NA should have moved to Dynamis sooner.

Yup, plenty of time to prepare 8 characters to level 61 MSQ so they are ready to be moved for the same fee. Then once on the new server ask help to form an fc and put all your characters in it for 1 personal and 7 fc bids (so your main can access the house in case an alt wins). The same applies to those looking for a large house in the EU region.

As such, the first phase of this expansion is scheduled for July 2022, while the second is scheduled for the summer of 2023.

In the first phase of the expansion, scheduled for July 2022, a total of four new Worlds will be added, two under each of the logical data centers presently housed in the European Data Center. In the second phase, one new logical data center will be established and eight new Worlds will be added under it, resulting in a three-logical-DC configuration of 8:8:8.

Currently, the North American Data Center houses three logical data centers and 24 Worlds (an 8:8:8 configuration). In order to cope with a drastic increase in player population, we are planning a two-phase major server expansion. Due to the global shortage of semiconductors, it has taken considerable time to procure server equipment, but the schedule calls for the first phase to be implemented around August 2022, with the second phase to follow in the spring or summer of 2023.

The demolishing on the EU data center worlds has been suspended again on 9 February due to the earthquake. And although I feel for everyone that has been effected by this major nature disaster, I don’t think it is wise to bring real life events in to having an effect on the game play for every player.

If the company wants to compensate, help or support a specific group of players, then do so. It should be easy enough to sort out the accounts of people in effected areas. You have our billing information, so you know where we live. And if the company feels that a specific group of players should escape one or more demolish rounds due to a real life event, then make it so.

But please stop with putting everyone in the thick of it. We might not be in a war or earthquake but most people deal with enough problems and use gaming as their escape. They pay a pretty steep monthly fee, especially with the current inflation and energy crisis going on but still don’t get a shot on a house because the company chooses to break that part of the game deliberately.

First auto demolish was suspended in March 2020 due to Covid and resumed 9 months later in December 2020 with patch 5.4. Then it was suspended a year later again in December 5 2021 due to the release of Endwalker. It was not resumed in March 2022 as planned but stayed suspended until 2023. And just as it was turned back on, it was suspended again for the EU. It has been 14 months now and there is still no end in sight.

So please, start it up again and find another way to pay your respects, support and sympathies to effected players of nature disasters. Because unfortunately we will get plenty of those in the future.

I may be one of the few people on the forums at least that agree with you. Plenty of people outside the forums agree also. can't keep pausing a live service game for world events. If Square Enix are that intent on pausing auto demolition for a few people for what is years at a time, then they should have implemented a system via the account management to do so because people with other personal issues that cannot get on the game for whatever reason have lost houses over the years with Square Enix not so much as batting an eyelid. Even the furniture and partial refund disappears after x amount of days. This feels more a case of them virtue signalling rather than showing genuine care for the community. Genuine care would be to dedicate dev time to implement a system that players can pause auto demolition for what ever reason.

This is irrelevant, most of it that is, also there is alot of housing plots with 0 bids on still.

Also you may not realize it... but there is a war going on and a massive Earthquake has happened as well... alot of inflation... and more going on as well in Europe, so I suggest you come down from your piedestal.... and actually look around what is happening around you right now, it is not that difficult and also I would suggest that you look away from the censored media you have been reading/watching and actually watch and read media that does not.

OCE has no-competition larges but I couldn't deal with the lag when crafting (Although still considering the move if/when they add wards 25-30). Furniture has to be made, especially on low-pop servers. Dynamis has less larges available than Aether servers.

I wasn't paying attention to the game when Dynamis came out so I missed that train. I have no issue transferring to another NA server. Right now, servers on Aether have better large availability than Dynamis or I would have already transferred. I am still waiting for news on wards 25-30 and the new servers.
