6.35 hope and hype - possible spoilers

It would be funny if the ears pop up in the emote for all races other than Viera.

It would be unfortunate if they pop up on Viera too but then again people playing Miqo’te have been wearing the fox ears for years so doubling up isn’t anything new.

I am not looking forward to the Loporrit questline. Most of their emotes annoy me – the ear flapping, the inexplicable cheek-rubbing, and the "hum" sound effect really grates my nerves. It feels like an unnecessary artificial attempt to "act cute" instead of just being cute because they naturally look like that.

I personally don't hate the lopporits..,
but it does feel like they've/'re making every single type of "Cute and/But _____" type of tribe out there..,

We got insufferable/_____ with moogles..,
We got "Too <Mental> to live/survive" with Namazu..,
and we have..,
Too "Obnoxious" to some. despite their good, or misplaced intentions. Lopporits..,
[But just from what I have heard from others.., I haven't done those two tribes yet.., and honestly.., I see their mannerisms more like a self joke at who they are than a nuisance.., but that's just me..,]

yeah, seeing how it looks like on lalafells, I fell like it would look a bit out of place on the rest of the races, but only for the first few times..,

That’s what concerns me too, I was hoping that the ears wont pop on Viera as Mikko mentioned above, but let’s face it…they won’t do two different animations

I'm gonna assume that Viera will get the same temporary ears as everyone else, because otherwise that means adding animation to Viera ears.

Me neither. I don't feel like CBU3 has ever nailed the "cute" race. They made the most irritating iteration of Moogles in the entire series, Namazu are a disservice, Loporrits are just awful. The Fairies are probably the only one they got right, but their job is to be annoying anyway, so that's a low bar.

I'd rather have the Mord honestly. Those didn't talk much, they did their job fine for the quests they showed up and didn't derail the plot unnecessarily.
