Screw someone else dying/their friends wanting to remember them if it gets you a fake house in a game right? This is probably the most disgusting take I\\\\'ve read on here in quite some time and you really should rethink what you just said, question your life choices and then delete it. Their life and memory is infinitely more important than you getting your house. Grow up.

After what we saw with the Omega Protocol fiasco with the development team spending lots of time and effort creating, the constant use of illegal mods, the massive amounts of chargebacks, past DDOS attacks, and blatant disrespect to Yoshi-P on the FF14 forums, I feel that this can be a real option….whether the gamer is dead or alive IRL….

This makes me think way too much "SE telling you how to run your guild." Frankly, reminds me way too much of Black Desert where apart from appointing officers, it hardly seemed like guilds really even had any say-so in their operation, everything (like everything else in BDO related to material resources, tbh) is kept on rigid controlled rails by Pearl Abyss so the only real reason to even have a guild was for PVP teams and to give members of identity based communities like LGBTQ+ an opportunity to have a united umbrella in game (to be fair, BDO has such a phobic mainstream community that such guilds are a godsend for LGBTQ+ players but that's tangential in this case).

Many MMO guilds have activity requirements, but having the publisher enforce them (except for the owner) seems a bridge too far.

Further, the second suggestion is just silly as many guilds that DO have managed activity requirements handle inactives by ... yep you guessed it, placing them in a special rank for inactive members (noting them as such and limiting their privileges in case their accounts get hacked while they're away and probably not paying close attention to them).

Op has to be a troll. They have a house, their FC has “18” members comprising 15 characters lvl 2-4 with a single job and 3 with a max level between 42 and 73 (there are 4 “Cornelia”). Claims in their posts to have been playing the game for years yet there are no characters above lvl 73. No FC rank for neither the current nor the past month. Zero, which means no one, including OP, has contributed. Oh and they also claim to be an fc that aims at collecting minions and mounts but only have a few basic ones. Talk about being active!

I’m in a small fc with 3 friends only (I’m also in 2 bigger fcs) and we are quite active. We do use the house every day too.

Also, people can get sick, get postings in regions where they can’t access the game temporarily so auto kick is a no.

With the current split housing areas it's clear to me, that individually owned house were bad and SE should have just made apartments better or upgradable. Nothing but a majority overhaul is gonna make it more accessible.
