They stubbornly refused to give players what they asked for. Players wanted harder dungeons. Something similar to Mythic+. Open environments with lots of hard hitting mobs and a chance to utilize our aoe toolkits, some stuns and interrupts, pick up some decent but not crazy gear and rewards and generally just something you could hop into with a few friends and go through a few runs while still being suitably engaged by the challenge.

Instead we got solo duties and 4 man Savage bosses. Nothing like Mythic+ one bit. And they wasted developer resources on that rubbish and will now tell us "see, we gave you hard dungeons and you didn't want them".
