What are the odds that we will get huge raid maps like in Shadowbringers again? Think those were awesome and fun to do. Was also amazing that there was a "Relic" Set to farm and finally an exteme version of a Raid.

First things first: is this bait?
I mean, even if it is bait, I completely agree with it. Bring back the old style of relics. Make them BiS again at the cost of being a huge time sink. No more of this keeping their growth staggered so far behind as to make them not even worth having by the time you can upgrade them crap.

*sadly looks at games-to-play list*
With the introduction of Ultimates I seriously doubt that they will leave the current motif of Relic weapon<Savage weapon. Ik that this happens at the end of the xpac but relic will never be BiS for the latest ultimate.
The last one was bad enough. Please don't wish this on us.
Depends on the definition of grind..,
If it's the kind you forget about the grind, and more about the moments with others or self. I doubt people will mind.
We already know it's almost a (Universal) fact we won't get an Exploration Zone or similar Zone. Though there maybe similar alternatives in the openworld.
This topic has been covered many times, so not much reason to keep this one thread alive.
But with the point of the Relics being near above or at Same usefulness as Current Raid Gear, you can watch some opinions on Mogtalk recently.
And there is no longer reason for them to be held back.
Hopefully when the 7.0 Relic grind is upon us, it'll have a good Exploration Zone with lots of Cooperation like Eureka, and the Good bits of Bozja. With a fully independent branch that wouldn't be locked by the Exploration Zones story/activities, for those who cannot/will not want to partake in it.
Imagine doing relics weapons when obviously SE its going to nerf them in a couple of months later on.
