Change the duty finder penalty

The timer on the penalty should start counting down after a set amount of time in the duty

For example, if the timer started to countdown after 15 minutes, which is an average time to complete duties, and you are in for 30 minutes, your penalty timer is now only 15 minutes. There for 45 minutes, penalty timer runs out, free to leave.

After seeing some dumb takes here I'm starting to think the penalty should be extended to 45 minutes. lol In all seriousness, if the majority thinks the run I'd fine and vote abandon doesn't go through maybe the person who wants to desperately leave is the problem? Food for thought.

Not if that person has tried explaining mechanics, and stuck out a couple wipes. Then the problem is the individual not understanding mechanics. Clears need to be earned by every player. Not forced on others to slog through after giving a few solid attempts

Someone is not a problem because they don't want to sit through 6 wipes that the person wiping isn't learning from regardless of explanation and marking, like OP.

6 wipes is way more than generous. He tried to help. He tried 6 times to help.

Not everyone signs up to carry players through hell. Help them? Sure. And he tried. But he's not a problematic person for running out of patience. Talk about "dumb takes".

I've never witnessed a dungeon taking the lockout...But i agree with everyone here: Vote abandon or just leave

I totally understand where they are coming from. We've all been there. But all I see is 'I didn't get my way' (a quick dungeon or whatever) followed by 'Oh noes, I'm being held captive' (which isn't even true and apparently enough people want to continue). At that point you're just being entitled. Plain and simple. Again, you are not the centre of the universe.
