Game crashes when i select 1 of 2 of characters

the chances of it being in a major city is slim. i was main scenario questing and it could be in between a city and whatever else, i have no idea. it's been about a week or so since i last played.

do you mean to change the server from north america to south america? i can try that if it doesn't matter that my character was made on Sargatanas.

Alternative is just to go back to the main menu > switch data centers > back out > swap back to main > then select character
