Should buffs work on all alliance members rather than just your party?

I wish stuff like cover, dance partner and blm's slide-teleport worked on inter-party members. Single target heals already do so it's like why not?

Not sure about group-wide buffs though, especially in FL. Imagine AST buffing the entire 24-man team with +30% damage, or curing waltz healing the whole raid, sounds pretty busted.

Could argue it'd be fine in RW for sure though.

Hehe, I'm reminded of that short period where Cure III was bugged and could splash to people outside of your alliance. That was pretty fun.

I think it would be ok for group buffs to target other alliance members as long as there's a target cap to stop them from getting too out of control. AST cards, for example, could be limited so that it only hits your target and the 7 people closest to them. Though I think each buff would have to be assessed on a case-by-case basis; I don't think Everlasting Flight or Seraph, for instance, should be bound to those same limitations.

Don't you think it'd be a massive buff to Aetherial Manipulation, Thunderclap, Icarus, and Guardian? Shukuchi a little less because it can be ground targetted.
