You can get around the stuff on the stairs leading up to the plot by going through the small plots yard and jumping up past the mess. It looks like they did their best to block the placard, but were unsuccessful as it can still be clicked on.

However, their mess of effigies, gazebos and heaven on high yard items comes up from the plot below and into the yard of the empty plot. If they did this while the other residents were previously there, I can only imagine this is why they moved.

yes, I would laugh pretty damn hard, then throw up a ton of wisterias to counter the placement. it would be glorious.

Doubt they'd care about the Wisterias since at most the leaf piles might clip a little of their roof. They wouldn't block a portion of the lower yard at all.

While I have more faith than most in the GMs, even I know they don't move that fast over things that aren't considered serious in nature.

Or at least the NA GMs don't. Perhaps the EU GMs do.
