I can honestly cope with E if it were not for B, A sucks too but B is the worst of them all. B make E so much worse. It would help if you named the reasons of why you hate the fight.
A) Tougher DPS check than other fights (even post-nerf?)
B) Unforgiving player checks for mechanics requiring everyone to be alive at all times
C) Overloading information due to complex mechanic structure at times
D) Technical issues with mechanics such as Snake gazes being weird to you or Centaur snapshotting of hits
E) Increased incompetence of the average player joining your party finder groups
F) Potentially you just overreacting and still getting used to the fight
Two people hating the fight can hate it for different reasons after all.
We use macros for player roles and positions during mechanics and usually everyone follows one or two bossguides with slight variations.
P8S is a nightmare with Partyfinder, there is simply too much that can go wrong and too many "1-player mistakes = wipe mechanics."
I have almsot cleared it in Partyfinder, we got to the very last mechanic but one Healer ran to the wrong tower and we died, ofc the party disbanded even though we had a good hour left to try.
I think p8S phase 2 essentially consists of all 1 mistake = wipe mechanicsWe use macros for player roles and positions during mechanics and usually everyone follows one or two bossguides with slight variations.

hm yes, there is barely a spot whre someone could die and you won't wipe, and the enrage timer is tight that you need every bit of dps
compared to the bosses before you can still do them fine with a few deaths in between.
This is compounded by moving jobs to a 2 minute meta and encouraging resource banking for burst phases means any death (which reset those resources) is absolutely devastating to output.
