Medium and large races are oversaturated. New smol race is needed the most >.>

If they did wolves they could do what they did for Au Ra. Tall male and small females I think would be nice to have again. For dogs and foxes I think smaller for both.

Viera are definitely more on the tall scale as they can be as tall as elves and roe.
Highlanders can be pretty tall,almost as tall as viera unlike mids. But way taller than medium sized races.

IMO viera tend to appear taller than they really are due to their ears.

I don't understand your logic of lumping Hrothgar and Roegadyn with Male Au Ra and Elezen.

Male Au Ra and Elezen are tall, but slender races. They easily pass off as taller humans, and their gear isn't stretched out at all. Had you lumped these with Viera, it'd make much more sense. These guys all share a similar body type and the gear is fitted onto them with minimal issue or noticeable change. It's not like a Lalafell where they'd have to practically refit it entirely for the body. Even Au Ra who are limited by their horns, tail and scales have a generic frame where only their chest and hips get reworked.

Hrothgar and Roegadyn take up a tremendous amount of space on their own + their gears are stretched to fit. You really cannot compare a Hrothgar and a Roegadyn to Au Ra and Elezen, their bodies do not match whatsoever.

I'd argue to at least make a fourth category, because it feels misleading to match Roe and Hrothgar to Au Ra and Elezen. It's an incredibly unfair comparison to make.
