I would leave the member portraits out of it. That would just open the door to drama about why the FC Master picked member A but not member B.

Not certain what you mean by generic picture of the house - are you saying just whatever the chosen housing skin is but not the decorating? That wouldn't really do anything to give the FC plate a unique quality.

Certainly having the plate display the FC symbol/backdrop with the chosen FC colors would be nice.

These were my thoughts as well. FCs have a lot of people, and it's easily very possible for more than 4-8 people to contribute heavily to the FC, but with the limitations there wouldn't be room for everyone. People already complain about FCs being non-inclusive and this would be something else to push it over the top.
