Do you have a source?
Endwalker EP2 officially credits Koji Fox as being the lyricist for White Stone Black, it would be strange for a song without lyrics.
Also Ultima used computer-generated singing, same as Civilization. That's obviously not the case for White Stone Black.

They probably skipped the track because it's a phase 2 track, where everything else is definitely heard by more people.

I don't see any source that said it doesn't have lyrics and no it has a lyrics, but sure maybe I'll try wait till 6.4...
