Enrage timer visibility

Well, this is already in the game. Althyk and Nymeia have a timer buff below their HP bars (I think it's 6 minutes?) which marks a hard enrage timer, and though I've never seen it go off, having something like that pop when you're in the last phase of a SVG, EX or Ultimate is far from farfetched.

My first run of the new alliance raid was a little less then an hour after the servers came online on patch day in what i assume was a full blind run(it was early enough that it would have been hard for someone to have run it once and still made our que, but i acknowledge that it wouldnt have been impossible). You saw what felt like a couple deaths on every mechanic from every boss. We only had one wipe though, and it was to the A&N enrage. One or two of the healers disconnected early in the fight, and the rest of the healers were dying a lot. Low mana and lack of healing lead to even more deaths, and slow ressing(if i remember the makeup right, we didnt have a single RDM and only one SMN in the entire alliance to help) meant we saw that timer hit zero. I was dead on the ground at the time, and had been for a fairly long bit. As the timer was ticking off the final seconds, the people still standing seemed like they might have given up. But everyone respawns, we use the telepod to return, and the second try was much cleaner and we easily cleared with plenty of time to spare.
