Yea the forum is owned by SE. All the posts you think are advertising cheating or whatever are still up. Dont you want to take the hint?Let's see if I can explain this in another way, this is not a democracy, this a forum owned by a private company.
Noone has a right to come here and talk about breaching the company rules period.
What we have is a privilege, not a right.
Now go anywhere in the real world, and explain to them how your breaking their rules because it suits you and you'll see what real talk is lol.
This isn't Reddit, or 4chan, or discord, this is property of Square Enix, and all of you ( the ones that are breaking the rules by using or advocating third party addons ) are coming here to state that you break the rules and you think it's a good thing.
And you keep discussing it with me like you have hany rights...

They dont have to be.The claim that consoles will eventually start supporting mods is misguided. It is true that technology has advanced tremendously in recent years, however, this does not necessarily mean that consoles will be easily hacked. Consoles are designed as closed systems, with strict security measures in place to prevent unauthorized access and modifications.
Moreover, even if consoles were to be hacked in the future, it is highly unlikely that developers would invest time and resources into creating a modding ecosystem for them. This is because the number of individuals who hack their consoles is relatively small, and the process of creating mods for a closed system is much more complex and time-consuming compared to creating mods for an open platform like PC.
In conclusion, the idea that consoles will eventually support mods is far-fetched, and not something that is likely to happen in the near future. The security measures in place, as well as the challenges associated with creating mods for a closed system, make it an improbable scenario.
A controller mod is considered a 3rd party tool.
There are quite a few programmable controllers out there that could do full rotations for you under the right settings.
Yeah, no.
If anything, the only way you would ever achieve perfection in a "World First" whatever, is have each team show up at a venue under the control of SE so they can be monitored in person.
Console segregation isn't ever going to happen as we've seen with Microsoft Xbox being kicked to the curb.
You can bet that every single "World First" in this game has had some one cheat.
You simply can't trust without transparency.
The only way to have a pure competition in an online game is to have each player show up in person, that way you simply have no possible way to cheat, you'd get caught.
So, No to Console segregation, bad idea.
No to Anti-Cheat software, bad and degrades PC performance and isn't 100% effective, this is an MMORPG first and foremost, not an E-Sports venture.

Yeah, put the game on PS2 only.

Ok I'm kinda thankful for this bait post now lol. Was kinda hilarious.
But in all seriousness - To that one player - you need some help fam. And I don't mean this in a condescending way. Just... talk to a pediatrician or a child psychologist about how you're treating your kid. Or get some advice and learn a bit bout mental health. I'm not saying this to be mean I swear just...
I doubt anything is going to come of me saying this. But being that harsh on your kid will only end in tears for you and him.
Well despite the general amusement I got from this thread, I felt like I just needed to say something even though there's a 99% chance nothing is going to come of it.
It won't, he will learn discipline and honor from a young age, that's all.Ok I'm kinda thankful for this bait post now lol. Was kinda hilarious.
