Yeah, I remember when TF2 went off the rails too. :/

I think at this point it's very delusional for Yoshi P to try arguing with "irrealistic" glamours.
I remember back in the middle of this thread (or was another one? I'm not sure) someone tried to put the argument "Why make it even worse?"... As if it was just 1 or 2 outliers, but the glamours are all over the place in a vast amount of cases. People who want their level 30 White Mage wearing a full plate set are already able to do so with a handful of options and will still keep doing it if the glamour system remains as it is.
The difference is that with the restrictions lifted, the level 30 White Mages who like to wear plate will have a more sensible array of options to choose, allowing them to create better looking sets.
Also "looking stupid on purpose" will not get any worse with restrictions lifted, because it's a fact that all of the "stupid" items are already All Class glamours.
It's not even about what looks stupid. It's about the ability to actually make it function.I think at this point it's very delusional for Yoshi P to try arguing with "irrealistic" glamours.

It's simple: the moment a gear piece hits the glam dresser it should be converted to "all classes" glam (cannot be used as gear anymore).
Professional lurker.
It sounds simple, but it also sounds like it's effectively doubling the item count of all relevant pieces and creating a severe bloat.
All they have to do is repurpose whatever method they're using for the Fitting Room.
