It would be nice to be able to glamour the "AF" sets of Disciplines of the Land and Hand, especially since you practically never see their old gear in the wild nowadays.

Seriously Glamour restirction are an old idea and this idea died with the "fun glamour's". Also almost only robes and dresses for healer's the last couple x-pacs is nonsense.
This game has so many idea's that are forward but also the same amount of backwards stuff that are unfun, restricting and annoying as hell.

In FFXI, Jobs overlap gear sets and weapons very commonly, so it's not as big a deal. A WAR can wield just about every weapon in the game. Jobs in that game have big, different identities that don't stem entirely from their gear like in XIV.

Job gear identity has been mostly obliterated in this game already. A full party in archfiend armor is evidently okay for the game but a tank wearing the caster judge set isnt despite it being very clearly heavy armor.
