No thanks! Half the fun is to see what others do with their houses and look at the wards. Instance housing would be just as boring as an apartment or the island. Also, was that not what the apartments was made for? So everyone could have a home?

One of these days, I will compose my idea of how they can do instanced housing with what is in place. It makes minimal changes and is more efficient than what they have now. It's lengthy, but I'd have to compose the idea well enough. If I thought they even cared what we said, I would have posted it long ago for them to review and consider. But, Yoshi knows best, so...
